APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL 

Further to our communication of 3 June 2010, the Governing Body wishes to report as follows:

An urgent court application from FEDSAS in this regard has been successful and the Eastern Cape Department of Education has been temporarily prohibited by the court to proceed with the closed vacancy lists until the court has made a final decision.  FEDSAS has advised that the Department of Education will reply to this appeal on the 21 September 2010. 

We will continue to keep you informed on the process.
